Amy C. Rowell, MD, is Chief of Pediatric Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. She joined the faculty at UAMS/ACH in 2015 as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Rowell completed medical school at Louisiana State University Health Science Center Shreveport, where she also did her internship followed by residency in Diagnostic Radiology. She completed fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Rowell is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology with a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Pediatric Radiology. Her specialties include pediatric nuclear medicine and pediatric genitourinary imaging.
