William C. Beck, M.D., is a physician and Assistant Professor in the Division of Trauma and Critical Care Surgery at UAMS Medical Center.
Dr. Beck received his Bachelor's degree at Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR and his medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans, LA. He completed his Internship, General Surgery Residency and a Surgery Research Fellowship at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN. Dr. Beck completed an Acute Care Surgery/Trauma and Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston, TX.
Dr. Beck is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and an active member of the American College of Surgeons, Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopy Surgeons and the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma. He is also certified in the Fundamental of Laparoscopic Surgery.
