Dr. Loverd Michael Peacock is a physician in the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Department of Radiation Oncology. Dr. Peacock received his medical degree at UAMS. He completed an internship in general medicine and a residency in Internal Medicine at UAMS. He has also completed residencies in Internal Medicine and Radiation Oncology at the University of Utah.
Dr. Peacock is board certified in Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also board certified in Radiology and American Board of Radiology. He has also served on several boards, including on the Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society as the Northeast Area Director. He is also a charter member Board of Directors for the Mid-South Division of the Arkansas Cancer Society.
In addition, Dr. Peacock has served in multiple directorships in addition to his service to the American Cancer Society, including the Cancer Information Service of Alabama Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Clinical Advisory Board at Alliance Healthcare, Inc.
