Dr. Zhifu Xiang is a hematologist and medical oncologist at the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS). He is also an Assistant Professor in the UAMS Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hematology and Oncology.
Dr. Xiang received his medical degree and doctoral degree in medicine from Tongji Medical University, Wuhan, China. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Changyang Hospital in China. He was a hematology fellow in the Department of Medicine at Tongji Medical University and a hematology/oncology fellow in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at UAMS. He is board eligible in Hematology and Oncology.
Dr. Xiang is a member of the American Society of Hematology and an associate member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology. His primary clinical and research interests at UAMS are thrombosis and bleeding disorders.
