Dr. Farnia Amirnia is an Associate Professor at the Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). She is also an Associate Professor at the Reynolds Department of Geriatrics at UAMS.
Dr. Amirnia earned her medical degree from the Tehran University School of Medicine and completed her clinical training at the Tehran University Hospitals. She continued her post doctoral training in New York at both the Brookdale University Hospital and St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center. She completed a fellowship at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Amirnia is also a member of the American Geriatrics Society.
